What we collect
Atlas Studio Ltd collects the bare minimum: names, emails, company details and anything you give us in a brief. We use this to scope projects, send proposals and run the work.
We never sell, rent or trade your data. We do not buy contact lists.
How we use it
Project files and emails are stored on our managed Google Workspace account for the lifetime of the engagement plus seven years (HMRC requirement). After that we delete anything beyond what we need to keep our portfolio honest.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or delete it (within tax-record limits). We respond within 30 days. Email hello@atlas.studio with the subject "Data request". You have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Third parties
Stripe and Wise handle invoicing. Google Workspace handles email and documents. FreeAgent handles accounting. Plausible (cookie-free) handles site analytics.
